Reprezentantii InfoCons, participa in perioada 27-28 Septembrie 2023 la ședinta plenară a Observatorului – Oficiului European pentru Proprietate Intelectuală – EUIPO, organizată în format on-line.

Începând cu luna martie 2022 – luna dedicată protectiei consumatorilor (15 Martie –Ziua Mondiala a Drepturilor Consumatorilor), InfoCons reprezintă România, fiind membră din partea societăților civile în Grupul de Lucru dedicat Constientizării Publice din cadrul Observatorului înființat de Oficiul European pentru Proprietate Intelectuală.
La nivel național, InfoCons este membră încă din anul 2006 în Grupul de Lucru pe Probleme de Proprietate intelectuală sub coordonarea Parchetului de pe Lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție.
